How To Use Our Support System…

Support Tickets

The support system is based on Tickets.

Each time you have a query you just raise a new ticket.

What to do:

  1. Click on Support at the top of this page.
  2. If you are a registered user, enter your user name and password and then click Sign In.
  3. Click on New Ticket and fill in the form and click Submit Ticket.
  4. If you are not registered click Continue as Guest and just fill in the form and click Submit ticket.
  5. Each ticket owner should get an email response.
  6. Support staff can now see the tickets and respond to your query.

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is a collection of articles on a variety of telemedicine and video consultation topics. Simply click on Knowledge Base, choose a category to browse or use the search function.

If you think we need a new article please raise a ticket as described above.
