The support system is based on Tickets.
Each time you have a query you just raise a new ticket.
What to do:
- Click on Support at the top of this page.
- If you are a registered user, enter your user name and password and then click Sign In.
- Click on New Ticket and fill in the form and click Submit Ticket.
- If you are not registered click Continue as Guest and just fill in the form and click Submit ticket.
- Each ticket owner should get an email response.
- Support staff can now see the tickets and respond to your query.
The Knowledge Base is a collection of articles on a variety of telemedicine and video consultation topics. Simply click on Knowledge Base, choose a category to browse or use the search function.
